Jenifer Olson is an integrated marketing communications consultant with more than 20 years’ experience in for-profit and nonprofit organizations ranging from startups to the Fortune 500.
Jenifer offers a variety of traditional and digital marcom and public relations services to clients throughout the U.S. Services include strategic planning, brand development, content creation and editorial management, program design and development, crisis communications and reputation enhancement, and research and analysis.
Her background involves deep experience across several industries, from consumer products and services, to education and eLearning SaaS, direct selling, healthcare, medical devices, transit, travel and philanthropy. She also has extensive experience researching and editing communications for a series of legal cases and issues.
Jenifer graduated cum laude from Ashland University, in Ashland, Ohio with Bachelor of Arts in English. Beginning her career as a promotional writer for a Fortune 500 company, she became vice president of marketing for an international direct selling company when she was 38 years old. She went on to hold a number of other key executive positions prior to starting her own business.
Les Kodlick is a corporate communications consultant and motivational speaker. A recognized leader in strategic communication, planning, and executive training, he has successfully led organizations, businesses and corporations through product launches, branding initiatives, budgetary challenges, natural disasters, environmental issues and major crises. He has formulated and implemented communication strategies for major programs and products; and represented several Fortune 500 clients while working with an international public relations firm in New York City.
Before private consulting, the brigadier general served in the Air Force for almost 30 years, retiring from the Pentagon as the Director of Public Affairs where he was responsible for the Air Force’s entire communication operation, and leading a career field of 5,500 Airmen and civilians.
He has been a commander three times including a combat tour in Afghanistan where he served as the “Mayor” of Bagram responsible for civil engineering, fire department, information technology, communication, human resources, morale and welfare. He was a National Defense Fellow and Associate at the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy, Georgetown University, Washington D.C.; has a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Northern Colorado; and a Master of Arts in Military Operational Art and Science from Air University, Alabama.
He has spoken to business leaders, professional service organizations, universities, and city government on a variety of subjects and has written about leadership and ethics.
Les enjoys reading, fitness, and the outdoors, especially snow skiing, hiking, fly-fishing, and scuba diving.
Stevanovich is a “phygital” marketer, creating experiences where digital and physical worlds meet. An expert in social media strategy, Maja has created award winning campaigns and programs for brands such as Google, Energizer and Panera.
Having experience with brands such as the NFL, MTV and Verizon, Maja started her career in entertainment marketing and has since cumulated experience in technology, agriculture, communications, food and beverage, military and consumer goods sectors.
Maja has a Bachelor of Science from Babson College in Business Management (Cum Laude) and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from Gonzaga University (Honors.) She also holds certificates from the U.S. Department of Defense Information School (DINFOs) and the UCLA Anderson School of Business Entertainment Marketing Certificate.
When not ideating on the next great marketing campaign, Maja can be found hanging out with her labradoodle Babson, named after her alma mater.
Focused on building and enhancing brand value, Dave has created strategic marketing communications campaigns and tools for a wide variety of consumer and business-to-business organizations – each driving towards achieving ambitious business results. He both provides strategic counsel and hands-on creation of communications tools.
Dave has considerable experience in the food, commodity, association and CPG markets. With a focus on purpose-based business, innovation and sustainability for 15+ years, Dave brings career experience to product positioning, brand identity, messaging architecture, launch, earned media outreach and measurement for both enterprise and individual products. He has considerable experience facilitating the process for commercial organizations and non-profits to develop or evolve their identity, branding architecture and positioning messaging.
Previously he was director of the western region of Ketchum and partner of Ketchum Purpose, the agency’s specialty practice focused on supporting clients at all stages in the sustainability lifecycle. He also served as market lead for Burson-Marsteller San Francisco and head of that agency’s consumer practice in the region.
Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he has been recognized with the Alumni Distinguished Service Award
